Error code F117 on Foxtel iq box?

It says this is not the correct smart card for this unit. Any hints?

what i try and do is take the smart card out then put the smart card back in the foxtel iq system.
if that doesn't work then try this.
leave the smart card out and let it cool down once it is cool enough insert the card again.
if that doesn't work either try this.
go to a foxtel store and ask for a new smart card.
if that doesn't work either i'm all out of ideas.
