F0104 Error - Foxtel

it says to me "upgrade required it looks like you're not currently subscribed to FOX FOOTY.

you can check and upgrade your subscription at  foxtel.com.au/myaccount or via the myfoxtel app. For more info, go to foxtel.com.au/f0104.

 

it says that all the time. anyways i am subscribed to fox footy. i subscribed 3 days ago. any suggestions to fix that up?

I can appreciate your frustrations when trying to access this Fox Footy service and do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused Smiley Sad

 

How was it that you were trying to access this service as in was it via a Foxtel Set Top Box, a Telstra TV device or online via the Foxtel Go or Foxtel Now service?

If watching via a browser. Try to clear you cache and then sign in again.

If via a device. Try deleting and reinstalling the app and then sign in again.

You could also try and see if there is any known issues and fixes on Foxtel’s community here: http://community.foxtel.com.au/

Thanks for that update, super11. For the F0104 Error code I've found this page which may help you: https://tel.st/wqcss. This has some instructions on how to resolve this, and if you're unable to there is a support number down the bottom of the page, it says this is for issues with the iQ3 but I believe the steps should still be relevant to you.
