Foxtel Now offer not working

I signed up for a package with 24 month Telstra Now package, but when I redeem the offer and sign into Foxtel it tells me I can't use it in conjunction with other offers (which I'm not, have never used a Foxtel offer) and then logs me out.  Can someone help please!
