it seems all good deals go to new customers... but when you are long time - loyal customer on old plans; well no one ever approaches you with a better deal. Telstra is just happy taking your money. And when you do try and upgrade your service because you've seen a great deal advertised you may as well stop looking because its not going to be for you!!!! Only new customers.
maybe I'll leave Telstra and come back - that way I too can be a new customer
Welcome to the Hotel California...you can never leave Telstra. I sent back three (3) foxtel boxes to Telstra on the 4 February 2020. The pre-paid delivery/return service provided is terrible. They are still
in somewhere in Syd according to AusPost. It’s interesting...when you sign up they deliver you foxtel box within 48hours when you send it back (priority courier) but when you returning it it is strapped to a snails back. It takes FOREVER...20 days and counting. Oh did I mention I am still paying for the services I don’t have access to?
