Foxtel from Telstra via Cable?

I am moving to a brand new house that is having NBN connected. Foxtel have told me to get their service I would have to get a satellite on the roof (can't use NBN cable). My problem is that there is a covenant in place that does not allow any additions to the roof (including a satellite dish) that may impede the neighbour's view. So, my question is: Can I get Telstra Foxtel via the NBN cable?

Re: Foxtel from Telstra via Cable?

HI Lisa, from the details I can find a Foxtel service can only be provided via satellite connection or HFC cable - if the NBN rollout has been completed to your area (even if using a HFC/fibre hybrid) the satellite installation would be the only option.
