Foxtel from telstra

Hi have just had my foxtel from telstra installed today working very well

I just noticed they installed a mystar box

The telstra offer said I would get a free iqhd box

whats the go telstra ?

Problem solved

One call to fair trading (consumer affairs)

The correct set top box is on its way

Telstra is so helpful now

Thanks

I spoke to someone at foxtel they told me you cant get free to air channels on the iqhd box thats why they gave us the mystar hd

I know nothing about the difference between the two boxes

Looks like the difference is the iqhd connects to the internet and you get extra services

You think they could have told me this when I rang

It must have been to hard for them to install

I will have to be happy with what I have got

I am not ringing them again they have no idea

Rang foxtel again

They said I requested to have this box installed

If I want the iqhd box I have to pay a fee

Why would I ask for the out dated box to be installed

Not happy

Hello

didnt get a form

just spoke to foxtel then to telstra

said I have to pay for the iqhd box

because this is what I asked for

I didnt place the order

I didnt sign anything

telstra failed again

I have allready  done this

I spoke to Carl from telstra earlier today

He was going to call me back never did

sent me email saying if I want the iqhd box I have to pay a fee

Its my word against foxtel

Guess what they win

I should have stayed with t box

Just recieved an email saying

thanks for your time today

hope Ive addressed everthing

signed jannice telstra employee

NOBODY RANG AGAIN

BEEN HOME ALL DAY

NO MESSAGES

Then another email from some one different

saying iqhd box not suitable to my area

completely different story

worst customer support ever
