And now it's telling me I need to upgrade to watch on demand in my t-bos. I'm sick of,this. Someone better get back to me from Telstra, I just signed a 2 year contract upgrading my package and I'm within the cooling off period. If this isn't worked out I'm cancelling
From memory, every time that this sort of thing has happened, it has been because Foxtel updates their system which breaks the link to the Telstra system. Usually because they change their security protocol.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
