Why am I being charged a $10 iQ2 Service Fee each month.
This is not listed anywhere on T.COM, I can't see it in the Critical information summary, nor anywhere else. I can however see other customers questioning the same charge, but no answers given.
If it is not listed as a charge, how can I be charged this?
Foxtel is not cheap when I can get all the other streaming offers, adding a hidden $10 charge is rubbing salt into the wound...
