When the Iq4 comes up with error msg for channel not working, saying aerial not plugged in correctly or contact help..is there a simple way of fixing it as an hour before I lost programming the channel was working fine? I've rebooted & unplugged aerial cable...was hoping it was as easy as holding a coyple of buttons done at the same time? TIA

Hi DrQ, thank you for your reply, I did as you suggested but to no avail, I finally found the error msg F1027 troubleshooting and followed the process. Success! For anyone else that may experience this fault. As DrQ stated, unplug everything and check all cables, wait 5 minutes before turning back on. If like me it still didn't work. On the remote for the Iq4 go to the home button, scroll across to settings, select Terrestrial Channels and the begin Full Scan...Hopefully all should then be ok, otherwise call 131 999. Cheers!
