The fee that we have listed for the upgrade to the IQ4 set-top box with a standard install is $100 for the installation and $125 for the device itself, so a one-off $225 fee. If this can be completed as a self-installation then this would be $25 for the device to be delivered and the $125 equipment fee so $150 in total.
I would recommend contacting our Retention team on 132200 (08:00 - 21:00 Mon-Sat and 08:00 - 20:00 Sun EST) and saying 'Cancel/Disconnect' as they will do all they can to ensure this is completed for the best possible price for you.
