Foxtel move

Answered
Hi, I have 2 houses that I move between during the year. One I have telstra foxtel hooked up. The other I am intending to get foxtel as well. Can I have 2 boxes running on the one account. ?? Or will I need to transport my box back and fourth between my 2 homes depending on which one I'm living at. ?
Thanks
Glen

Re: Foxtel move

You can't have 2 boxes running on the one account at different properties, and I'm not sure that you can just transport your iQ box back and forth between the 2 properties (it would be a breach of your contract even if it did work as it is tied to a service address).

You may be better off looking at Foxtel Now and seeing if that suits (you can use that anywhere that you have an adequate internet connection).
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Foxtel move

Thankyou for your reply. I maybe up for the cost of a "move" every time I relocate. I'm not sure however, if my IQ box actually "knows" where it is. 🙄

Hi Bunker52,

Thanks for using our CrowdSupport page with your enquiry today, I would recommend having a chat to our Foxtel Now Team on 132200 and say 'Foxtel Now' at the prompts.

Please let me know how you go.
