I signed up for a big personal mobile lease plan $129 per month last year - the sweetener for the large plan being the 24month free Foxtel Now offered to me in-store. I have since tried to redeem a number of times over the months but nothing has worked. I tried on Foxtel Now ap, Foxtel Go ap, desktop, Samsung Tv, back to Telstra store, different email/username, Telstra 24/7 ap, Telstra website, now even Telstra TV Ap. Now the only option coming up for redemption is 10 day free trial $25 per month after that! I feel a bit ripped off and I am still signed up for my plan contract until 2020! Very frustrating. I have contacted Telstra customer service a couple of times and whilst very helpful nothing has worked still. I have confirmed I am eligible, have gone through all the troubleshooting and still no Foxtel Now. A bit frustrating and I can see online there has been a few issues with a bunch of people redeeming the free Foxtel Now offer so not just me. Please help! I am hoping to sort it before Game of Thrones Season 8!
