Foxtel now offer

Hello
I’ve just signed up to Telstra and I’m trying to activate the free 24 month Foxtel now offer. When I go through to my account it’s only let me activate my account and offers two weeks free not 24 months?! Is there a code I can use instead? Or who do I call?
