I have been back and forth with Telstra and Foxtel trying to redeem the Foxtel subscription i was offered with my new plan. It is not showing in my offers. No one has been able to help or direct me in towards the right area to get resolved. I have followed all instructions on the Telstra website, i have even received emails advising me to redeem my offer, however when i open there is no offer there to complete.
If anyone has found away to resolve this please let me know?
The Foxtel plans have changed now. The one you were eligible for ended on the 30/4/18. They've gone from 12 month subscriptions to 24 month subscriptions. You will need to get in touch with the Foxtel billing team to see if you're eligible for the 24 month one and they should also be able to tell you how to get it.
