I have suggested times for Foxtel installation however I have received a SMS to advise the date is 8th Nov which does not suit me.
How can I change this

@ProfessorPhone is right, your best bet would be to contact us directly. Call 13 22 00 and say "Foxtel from Telstra" at the prompt, and then "Order" or "Appointment" or similar based on the next set of options presented.
