IQ2 Fire + Smoke

So anyone else had a major failure of IQ2?? We just watched our go up in a cloud of smoke. Pretty lucky to be home at the time to unplug I think!!

 

Now we have no Foxtel, and no support for another 12 hours - awesome customer service thanks guys, that's friggen great....

Hi wekiwi, it's very concerning to hear about the hazard posed by the IQ box and trust this has been sorted out for you. From the information I can find, the Foxtel Tech Support teams are available from 7.30am to midnight (AEST) seven days a week on 131 999 if needed in future.
