IQ4 Issue

We had an IQ4 installed yesterday (replacing an IQ2), however; when the TV is switched on, it's not picking up the new IQ4 box.  To get it to work I have to disconnect the IQ4 box then plug it back in - it then displays "IQ4 is downloading information" which disappears and displays displays the home screen.  Any ideas as to what is causing this - and how to fix it?  Thanks in advance.

Thanks for reaching out. I can understand your concern. I've never come across this before. Come through to Tech Support on 131999 and they'll be able to troubleshoot further.
