IQ4

Hi, I have a IQ4 that has not been plugged in for several months in my sons room, I have just plugged it in and it is telling me I need an upgrade can someone tell me why I need an upgrade or does it need resetting due to being unplugged for so long and how is this done would be much appreciated

Thanks for your message and sorry to read about your iQ4 issues. There is a chance that the box may have been deactivated due to a period on being inactive. 

 

Have you been able to chat with our Foxtel support teams to see if they can reactivate the box in question?
