You will need to contact billing on 132200 or Livechat to query the charges. Nobody here has access to account/billing details.


If it's your first month of the subscription, then you may have been charged a prorata amount for the first month, plus the second month (as charging is done in advance).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
