Hello CrowdSupport. I'm trying to manage my Foxtel via Telstra channels online. Everything about my account pages suggests this is possible. I want to delete and swap/ add. However the Manage Foxtel page keeps dropping out online and reverting to Telstra Home Page. Further, on the phone app my channel packages are not right. This might explain a few gaps in my News Channels. I can see from a 2016 thread that people then were screaming frustrations trying to manage online. I seriously can't be bothered with virtual help if online managing is still a fantasy. Do I talk with Foxtel direct? I'm out of contract on the Foxtel, via Telstra so do I just abandon the the lot and go iiNet streaming? Fwiw the NBN is in area but not yet connected. Your advice appreciated.

You could always just call 132200 ask to be put through to the Foxtel team. Shouldnt take more than 5 minutes once you reach someone
