If you have Foxtel from Telstra, give 132200 a call and say "Foxtel Faults" at the prompt.
Otherwise, call 131999 and they will be able to work through it with you to figure out what went wrong.
With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
