Returning the Foxtel set top box

I contacted Telstra and cancelled my Foxtel as I was not under a contract. I was waiting for an email or letter to send with the set top box via the Post Office. I have tried all day to resolve this issue via Telstra. The phone number I was given didn't work. 13 999. How can I get a letter or email sent to be so I can return the set top box? Please help.

I would suggest going back to the disconnection team and see if they can sort it out. 132200 and say "disconnect".

I still can't see an address here to send the box to. 

Can you please let me know where to send it.

Hi Fionalee

 

Have you received an email from Telstra at all. Once a Foxtel service is cancelled, you generally receive an email with an address and barcode attached, you take this to the local Post Office with your Set Top Box and they scan it and send the Hardware back to where it needs to go.

 

If you have not received this email as yet, please speak with our Cancellations Team on 132200 (8am to 7pm) say "disconnect" after the prompt, so we can order this information be sent to you.
