Set top box upgrades

Hi. 

Have been with Foxtel by Telstra since the introduction of galaxy. Currently have 2 set top boxes.One an iq2 and one a basic silver box that is at least 20 years old with no hdmi connection. 

Rang and asked about the free upgrades and was told I need to go back under a contract. Why?  Been loyal for a very long time and seem to get nothing in return. They offer the world to new customers but seem to forget about loyal existing customers. 

Any body else in the same boat. 

Very disappointed and disgruntled.

I can appreciate your concerns with the issues when seeking to have your Set Top Boxes upgraded and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused Smiley Sad I would recommend having our Retention team contacted to have your options discussed further. They can be reached on 132200 (08:00 - 21:00 Mon-Sat and 08:00 - 20:00 Sun EST) and saying 'Cancel/Disconnect' when prompted. They will do all they can to ensure you are on the best possible solution for your needs.
