Have been with Foxtel by Telstra since the introduction of galaxy. Currently have 2 set top boxes.One an iq2 and one a basic silver box that is at least 20 years old with no hdmi connection.
Rang and asked about the free upgrades and was told I need to go back under a contract. Why? Been loyal for a very long time and seem to get nothing in return. They offer the world to new customers but seem to forget about loyal existing customers.
