Telstra is not taking calls right now so what are we supposed to do?
I’m unemployed due to this global fiasco of a virus and isolated, Telstra has told me twice they have placed an order for my nbn which has taken over a month to do and still no order placed. I was still able to use internet through my modem however I can’t anymore since the order was cancelled and redone twice again supposedly. I can’t afford continual data top ups and this is getting ridiculous, is there anyone we can email or anything customers can do at all to address issues????
