Watch recorded shows or movies

When I record a show or movie that I have access to and then go to watch later, is telling me the recording is locked and requires an upgrade or purchase. Why?

That would typically mean that for some reason the Foxtel box doesn't pick up you are eligible for that channel. If you go directly to the channel do you get the same error? If yes, try to unplug the box for 5 min and then plug it back in and see if it fixes itself.

If you it works on the channel but not the recording or if the box reset doesn't help, try calling 131 999 and speak to tech support. They will remotely reset the box completely and if that doesn't fix it will be able to check over the details to get it fixed for you.
