I need to query a charge on my Telstra bill but can't talk to anyone about it at the moment. What can I do about this charge please? Should I pay for now and then try and get a refund later?

I am having issues with my on demand. Some movies work and can be downloaded/purchased while others come up with the error that they aren’t available with our subscription but I have never had this issue before.

Have a self installation pack. The 1300732681 number announces it can't help due to staff shortage. It the just gives me a link back to the basic Foxtel. I'm on Foxtel with Telstra???

is anyone else having no internet connection through foxtel box?? I've restarted the modem and unplugged it and still there no internet going into the foxtel box. Bit internet works with everything else in the house.
