Hmmm they say 24/7 chat but not loading ... so not really 24/7 then.

Sorry to hear of the troubles you have been having in getting Live Chat to load. 

 

Have you had any luck since your post? If getting a grey screen after selecting from the dropdown menu, are you able to try putting the browser into desktop mode?

Yes, it's going to grey screen in Chrome. I'm on a laptop so I don't understand what you mean by desktop mode.
It loads in Firefox, and I get the message;
