hi, my foxtel and internet have been down for 12 days in Dee Why 2099. all i get is, service update 24-48 hours. any ideas please

@mrvinyl The outage page isn't very reliable from my experience.
Best to call the NBN faults team on 1800 834 273 and try and get an update that way?
Then give 132203 a call.
With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
