i have looked under manage foxtel and cant find a cancel button

Thank you for your post and thank you for using Crowd Support.
In order to remove Foxtel from Telstra channel subscriptions, you will need to contact our Foxtel changes team on: 132200 by saying 'Foxtel' when prompted.
The team here will be able to make the needed changes for you.
