I had a skip bin delivered last week in my front yard two metres from the camera but it was not in my daily videos. I just watched a courier park in my driveway and walk to my front door. No video. I have this camera for security and it is absolutely useless. Its gone from recording every bug and bird to recording nothing. I have tried all settings and it is set to record all movement, all day.
Very sorry to read about your ongoing security camera issue. It is certainly strange that they have just stopped recording.
Hopefully there is a member of the crowd support community who may have some further information on this one however to speak with a Telstra support person I recommend you contact 132200 and say 'Telstra Smart Home Faults'. They will have all available information to hopefully overcome this error.
