Smarthome Hub not connecting to a new router - switched from Optus to Dodo router

Hi Guys,

 

I changed home and therefore switched my internet provider and therefore the Wifi router. Since the time wifi router has changed I could not connect the hub. I tried placing the Hub near the router and pressing the Pair button several times but it did not work. I also tried resetting the Hub through the reset hole but it did not work either. I switched from Optus to Dodo router and yes it does have a WPS button- but I think WPS we only use with the Camera.

Hi @Raafay,

 

Check to see if your new modem supports UPUnP, if it does can you please contact 132200 and say "Smart Home help". A Tech Expert will need to assist you with re-activating your hub and getting it connected to your home Wi-Fi.
