Ever since I connected the Smart modem about 3 months ago it has been absolutely crap so on the weekend I will be putting the old modem back. I am so sick and tired of the poor service I get from Telstra products 😡😡😡😡😡
Sorry to hear of the issues with your Smart Modem and I can understand the frustration this would cause. Please let us know if the older modem doesn't improve this. The Smart modem may have a fault which can be replaced but if the same issue is happening with the old modem we can have a look into your connection.
