Unable To Log In To Telstra Smart Home App

Hello,

 

I am unable to log into the Telstra Smart Home app with my Telstra iD. I am repeatedly told that I do not have a Telstra Smart Home account. This is despite Telstra sending me all of the relevant equipment.

 

I spoke to a member of the Smart Home Technical Support Team on Sunday and there was no resolution to my enquiry. I was supposed to hear back from them on Monday, but did not. I have tried unsuccessfully to speak to them today (Tuesday), but am never put through to to the right team to address the issue.

 

Has any had similar experiences with the Telstra Smart Home app?

 

What can be done to fix it?

I'm having the same issues how can this work when it's not activated when u receive the kit
