I am trying to setup Voice Activated Calling with my 3 Google Home Mini's and my Telstra mobile service. When I try and do so, I get an error which says "Your phone number is not eligible. You must have an active Telstra mobile phone service to use with VOice-activated Calling".
I tried calling 132200, but they were unable to help and told me to go here as there was no escalation path.
I'm using a Pixel 3, running Android 10 and 3 different Google Home Minis (one from Telstra, and two from Google directly).

Have you read the below link that explains how to set it up?
Hi Smiley3. Yes I've read it. The instructions aren't that useful.
From this page (https://www.telstra.com.au/smart-home/voice-activated-calling?ref=TD_fr_cs_tcom_VAC) I am at the step 3. I have entered my number (both in 04 format and the international +614 equivalent) but then I get the error and can't proceed further
This far more detailed set of instructions (https://www.telstra.com.au/support/category/mobiles-tablets/getting-started/voice-activated-calling#...) still gets me to the same point and the same error.
