2g 5G

Hi New to this. I would like to know how to setup some ppl in our home on 2G and some on 5G please? We have the newest Telstra Modem with sim. Unlimited NBN .

Any help would be apprecated. Thanks

You'll need to open up a browser such as Google Chrome and go to 192.168.0.1 login to the modem, password is Telstra. Then click on Wi-Fi and under the 2.4ghz band you'll see a box with a tick that says band steering, click on it to remove the tick then click on save. You'll then see your Wi-Fi name plus your Wi-Fi name-5g on your devices
