Hi we have telstra broadband ADSL. Using the telstra t-gateway tg797n v3 I have come home from work today and the eco light is solid red, internet light is solid red, Ethernet and wifi are green. How do I fix? I have tried resetting and what not but I’m stuck! Help please!
If you're certain the cables are plugged in right, and there not an outage you can either:
1. If you have a home phone with no dial tone, contact 13 22 00 and report it as a phone fault 2. If you do have dial tone or don't have a home phone, call 133 933 and report it as a no sync internet fault
