ADSL Credentials

I am in the process of switching from Internode ADSL to Telstra ADSL. The modem was supposed to arrive last week but due to some problem with Toll Couriers, it has not arrived. Today my ADSL stopped working. I phoned Internode and they said that Telstra had taken over control of the line. I phoned Telstra and they said that they had taken over the phone line but not ADSL. I looked on the My Telstra website and it has created a @bigpond.com email address So I tried to log on to ADSL using my old modem with the bigpond email address and my Telstra ID passowrd, but it does not work. My modem says "User name and password authentication failed." I tried to log on to bigpond.com using @bigpond.com and my Telstra ID password but it says "Your request could not be completed. Please try again." Does anyone please know how I can get internet access again? Thanks

Ring Telstra support 132200 and request they reset your bigpond password for Internet.
