My ADSL2+ line is 0.5 Mbps is when connected to the phone line. It's Gen 2 Smart Modem so when I remove the phone line plug from the wall, it converts to 4G and I get 5 Mbps. I understand there is a cap on data after which the 4G speed will be slowed down.
Is it possible for the Telstra team to make my modem running in the 4G mode without capping the data? I'll be happy to contact the full-blown support to fix my phone line when they're back.

OK thanks, I finally managed to contact the support
First time I called them, the automated lady told that due to the impact from COVID-19 the contact centres can't take the calls... But when I called them later, someone actually replied.
