Hi, had Telstra cable successfully installed over a week ago but still it is not activated. There was an address issue (cable is available but Telstra database thinks not, this is an error in Telstra data). But now repeated calls to 132200 and numerous escalations will not get the activation done. Any ideas how to fix this issue? How can I get Telstra to update their database??? Alan
There is a department called "Activations" They can over-ride and make the impossible work.
2 options.....Sydney 02 9242 0570 (havn't used it recently) or 133 933 and say Activations
Often the mac address does not match their system, and activations can over-rid
