With our Telstra assigned IP address I cannot book tickets on Ticketmaster. It will not even let me connect to some of it's pages.
As soon as I use a VPN and connect via NZ, or even Turkey, I can book tickets and access all pages.
Is there a solution for this? I don't want to, and shouldn't have to, pay for a fixed IP address.

If you don't have Telstra cable you could power off the modem for about 30 minutes and the modem will be assigned an new IP address.
It might not be the address blocking your access but Telstra broadband protect. To bypass broadband protect you can use a custom DNS. If you have a gen 2 modem set the custom DNS in modem using the drop down list of DNS providers in the Advanced > Local Network settings.

We recently connected to NBN (FTTC) with Telstra's Smartmodem.
I already use a custom DNS, OpenDNS which we used to use on our ADSL modem, but same problem. I can try some of the other custom DNS.
