I have a dedicated HP laptop running XP just for Bigpond Movies. I have rented several without any issue but now, when I get to the payment page it just says 'processing' and gets stuck there......any ideas?
Hi Britsvonkits, the faults reports I have access to don't list any known problems with the BigPond Movies service at the moment - I'd recommend getting in touch with the Movies team on 1800 502 502 for further investigation and help.
