Bigpond security

Answered

Hi since installing bigpond security I am unable to access a web page www.sydneyangler.com.au

I can access this site from work, i have cleaned the cache, cookies etc, problem loading page comes and times itself out.

What should i be looking at to change this.

I use Mozilla as a browser, have also tried IE same issue.

Re: Bigpond security

Another thing to try as well as obviously trying another browser, such as firefox or chrome, might be to goto the settings of IE:

Settings> Internet Opitions>Advanced, and then select Reset, which will put IE back to factory default and turn off any changes that were made to it.

Either way, let us know how you go.

Re: Bigpond security

Howdy aw655,

Have you tried acessing from a different browser, e.g. Chrome? Or on a different computer/phone/tablet in your home?

It might be something in your IE configuration, though that sounds a little odd

Cheers
