Billing Question

Why do you (Telstra) not connect my internet yet you have billed my account for over 6 months? Now that the CoronaVirus has taken hold in the country, your service has come to a complete holt. 

 

Does anyone have this problem? If so I would be interested in filling a class action against Telstra to re coup funds.
