Migrating over to the NBN, however due to Blocked Lead in Conduit from Entry Pit to Prems, i believe the work has to be repaired by the Carrier? Not the Customer. This has been a Grey Area Issue for sometime.....appreciate any feedback's.

It depends where the blockage is.
If it's between the property boundary and the house, then it is the homeowner.
If it's outside the property boundary, then it's NBN Co.
