Broad Band Cable constantly dropping out for the past 3 days

Any one else here having problems with there connection lately?

All the lights are on but yet the connection keeps dropping and it seems a tad slow.

 

I'm in Sydney " Centennial park"

Hi there, sorry to hear about your internet problem, Telstra is aware and have issued this:

Maintenance event
State: New South Wales
Service: Broadband Cable
Description: Some Broadband Cable services may be unavailable.
Time start: 13-11-2013 01:00
Time end: 13-11-2013 05:00

This is for scheduled maintenance on the cable infrastructure. A few other customers have had issues with their cable as well in Bondi. I would recommend to wait until after the planned maintenance and so if anything changes to your service or solves your problem. If not give Telstra a call or post something in this topic.
