Broadband Protect

Recently installed Broadband Protect. In respect to the Anti Malware scanning can't seem to set up? Is it automatically happening?

Telstra have advised that on the Dashboard Anti Malware will only show a date if the scan finds a threat.
Perhaps the word Last should be removed to say Scan Date ?

Have you installed software by log in to Telstra my account?

https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/overview
Go to Bigpond internet section
Go to Add-ons > Telstra Broadband Protect > Manage
Go to PC & MAC protection > Manage
Click on install

Yes I did install through my account. Other scans showing dates carried out but Anti Malware showing Threats 0, Last Scan Date - Never
