Broadband down in Wahroonga for 6 days!

I can’t believe this! Internet fault has not been solved and today is the 6th day. Every day we are told by the outage app that it will be fixed within 10 hours; when that expires, it becomes another day. So frustrating and hopeless! No one to ask either!

The NBN is currently rolling out in your area, so they are having to investigate the fault.
Unfortunately, getting updates from NBN Co is difficult, and all Telstra can publish is what NBN Co tell them.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
