Broadband slow

My broadband is extremely slow I just did the technical checks via telstra says it’s all good but my telstra box has orange light? Even when it’s green it’s slow also is there something a miss because if this is the speed then I’m out cancelling

Thanks for taking the time to reach out in regard to your broadband connectivity speeds. Understanding you have tried troubleshooting, I recommend contacting our tech team to have the matter investigated further. Can I ask which type of broadband service you have; ADSL / NBN / Cable?

If you have a Gen 2 modem, and if you are referring to the mobile signal LED,  the mobile signal LED can often go from green to orange to indicate the modem is connected  to  a more distant cell site. An orange LED for signal is more than acceptable. This won't affect speed, which is a different issue.
