Cable Modem

Hi,

we have received a new cable modem, all intalled ok except what i now beilieve is the old modem is still registered, i have now waited for 12 hours for the de-register of the old and register of the new, hmmm suggestions

Thank you, I have since been on chat to bigpond and they have set up de-activation on the old modem and registration of the new one, which apparently will happen in a few hours Smiley Happy thank you for the link as well, appreciated
